Step 1: Private Consultation & Jewellery Review

Tell us about the inherited jewellery you wish to remodel by completing the enquiry form below and uploading clear photographs and if possible the weight and carat of your existing jewellery. Kitchen scales are fine!
Share its story, what you hope to preserve, and any thoughts you have about the finished piece.
During your private consultation, Corinne will discuss the jewellery with you and explore what may be possible.
Consultation fee: £50, credited towards your project if you proceed.

Step 2: Design Development & Approval

Corinne develops a design that brings your inherited jewellery into a reimagined piece that feels like a perfect fit for you now.
Together, you consider how your original precious metals or gemstones will be incorporated, alongside, if required any new materials required for durability, proportion or design.
Where appropriate, sketches, digital renderings or prototypes can help you visualise the transformation.
A clear quotation and expected timeline are agreed before work begins.

Step 3: Remodelling & Completion

Your original jewellery is carefully deconstructed where required and transformed into the agreed design using traditional jewellery-making skills.
The finished piece is refined, crafted and hallmarked where required and returned to you safely, ready for its next chapter.
The material carries forward. So does the meaning. It's story continues with yours.

Working With the Jewellery You Already Own

Every piece needs to be assessed individually.
Not every material or gemstone can be assumed reusable.
Corinne will explain what is technically suitable once the jewellery has been thoroughly assessed.
Depending on its condition, composition and the new design, Corinne will explain what she is able to work with and suggest work arounds if required.

Existing Gold

Gold from sentimental or unworn pieces may be repurposed into a new design where technically appropriate. Carats can be mixed and Corinne will explain the implications of this.

Diamonds & Gemstones

Existing precious stones may be assessed for suitability and reset into the new piece where their condition and durability allow.

Multiple Family Pieces

Materials or stones from several items may sometimes be brought together into a single design, creating a new piece that carries several meaningful connections at once.

Fragile or Worn Jewellery

A piece may no longer be structurally safe to wear in its original form, but parts of it may still be suitable for incorporation into something new.

Before We Remodel Your Jewellery

Consultation
A private consultation with Corinne costs £50 and is credited in full towards your project if you proceed.
Assessment
Existing jewellery must be fully assessed before Corinne can confirm which metals, gemstones or components are suitable for reuse.
Deposit
A 50% non-refundable deposit is required once the design and quotation are agreed.
The remaining balance is payable on completion and before delivery.
Timescale
Each project is individual. Your expected timeline will be provided as part of the quotation and may depend on design complexity, assessment, additional materials and hallmarking. As a guide, remodelling projects can take 6-10 weeks.
Changes
Once an agreed design enters production, changes to the original brief may incur additional costs.
Delivery
Finished remodelling commissions are sent using insured delivery.
Aftercare
Repairs are assessed individually. Workmanship faults covered by the lifetime craftsmanship guarantee are repaired without charge. Annual cleaning and inspection are also available.
