What happens next?

Once we receive your complaint, we will:

  • Acknowledge receipt within 30 days.

  • Investigate the matter appropriately and without undue delay.

  • Keep you informed of the progress of our investigation where appropriate.

  • Inform you of the outcome of our investigation as soon as reasonably possible.

Escalating your complaint

We hope to resolve any concerns directly with you. However, if you are dissatisfied with our response, you have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO).
