1. What is Lulu & Boo Jewellery made from?

All our pieces are handcrafted using solid recycled sterling silver and gold. We never use plating or vermeil, only precious metals made to last a lifetime.

2. Where is your jewellery made?

Every piece is designed and handmade in our UK studio or by a team of skilled UK jewellers who support Corinne. Sustainability and craftsmanship is at the heart of what we do.

3. Do you offer custom or bespoke designs?

Yes! We love bringing your personal stories to life. You can send us your ideas or use your sentimental gold or even add your stones to one of our designs. Enquire about bespoke pieces here.

4. How do I find my ring size?

You can order a ring sizer here to find the perfect fit. Need more help? Just get in touch!

5. How long will my order take to arrive?

Some of our pieces are ready for immediate dispatch and will be dispatched on the next working day. Some are made to order such as gold rings. Please allow 4-6 weeks for bespoke production. Individual products specify their delivery times so please check carefully. Please get in touch if you require faster delivery. There are things we can discuss with you to speed up your order. 

6. Do you ship internationally?

Yes! We ship worldwide. Delivery times and prices will be calculated at checkout based on your location. We have currently paused shipping to the US, EU and Ireland due to tariffs and restrictions on shipping. We are constantly reviewing this and will bring this service back asap. We can ship to these destinations through WOLF & BADGER.

7. Is your packaging sustainable?

Absolutely. All our packaging is FSC approved and we minimise excessive packaging whilst ensuring your jewellery is wrapped beautifully. It’s designed to be beautiful, sustainable, and gift-ready.

8. Can I return or exchange my order?

We accept returns on unworn, non-bespoke items within 90 days of delivery. Earrings, custom and personalised pieces are non-returnable unless faulty. View our returns policy for details. We offer a lifetime guarantee on our workmanship. Read thee policy and exclusions here. 

9. Do you offer gift wrapping?

All jewellery is gift-ready in our signature eco-friendly packaging. You can add a free handwritten note at checkout for an extra personal touch.

10. How do I care for my jewellery?

Read our jewellery cleaning guide. Avoid water and harsh chemicals, and store your pieces in a dry pouch. Gently polish with a polishing cloth when needed. We also offer lifetime cleaning advice – just ask!

11. Do you offer repairs?

Yes, we do. If your Lulu & Boo piece needs some love, contact us and we’ll do our best to restore it.

12. Is your gold ethically sourced?
