September Highlights
Share
September always feels like a bit of a reset, doesn't it? Boy, did Autumn land with a bang after our incredible summer. It has been a busy month here at Lulu and Boo but here are a few of my favourite bits and finds to share with you.
Settle in with a coffee.
Travel: Beautiful Italy
From the beautiful sights in Florence, Pasta making in Bologna, galleries and palaces, Italy with the girls was a fabulous break. Bologna was a standout favourite and top of my list to return to. Have you been?
Beautiful warm evenings were such a treat and I loved trying a new jewellery look. I paired my freshwater pearl choker with gold halo with a vintage string of pearls and loved the look it created, receiving loads of compliments. Do you have a family string of pearls you could pair with one of my beautiful halo or heart chokers?

Cooking: Tandoori Roast Chicken and Rice
This recipe from @johng is A MUST try! SO good! I cooked this meal for a family birthday celebration. It is delicious and here is why. Roast the chicken then remove and rest. Add the rice to the baking tray, add some stock and pop it back in the oven where it soaks up all of the chicken cooking juices and creates the most yummy rice. Get all the details in the link below. For the beetroot. Roast or airfry then serve on a bed of greek yoghurt with blobs of Harissa. DELISH!
Music: Olivia Dean
I absolutely LOVE Olivia Dean and was lucky enough to get tickets this month to her 2026 tour. If you haven't heard of her I can highly recommend her first album and was so excited this month for the release of her second album, The art of Loving.
If you are new to this fantastic young British singer do let me know what you think. I am obsessed with her music!
Fashion: KIKO Mascara
You NEED this Mascara! This stuff is mind blowing. No affiliation, I just need to tell you. This is the BEST mascara I have tried for a long time. My three fellow Italy pals bought it immediately and it is £11.49!
Coming Soon: Christmas!
Last year we did a cheeky little Christmas wishlist and I am sharing it again here. Simply download the wishlist HERE, then print and fill in. Leave it clear and centre in the road of Santa or your significant other. You can fill in your most coveted piece, specify silver or gold and even your size. Put it in their lunchbox, on their pillow, on the car seat. Be inventive and let me know. Let's have a giggle with your most cunning place! Let me know if you try anything I have recommended. I would love to hear how you get on.
With love, Corinne. x
