October Highlights
It's been another month of dressing up and pulling out the showstoppers of my collection. This month I attended the National Association of Jewellers annual dinner dance and loved wearing the statement full halo choker. To be approached throughout the evening by industry members, retailers and designers who wanted to say 'I love your necklace' was the most incredible compliment.

A huge honour
I was delighted to be awarded the 'Created in the UK' hallmark this month. After a rigorous assessment, Lulu and Boo has been accredited with this mark which assures that all of your Lulu and Boo jewellery is produced entirely within the UK. I will never change this. This is what we are about and always will be. Handmade, quality, sustainable and beautiful.
Celebrating Scotland
Lulu and Boo hits Scotland!!! I couldn't be more excited to announce that Lulu and Boo has made it to Scotland. The amazing Morag at Anne of Loudounville in Helensburgh loved my jewellery and I am immensely proud to be stocked in this beautiful jewellers. I cannot wait to visit next year.
To celebrate our arrival in Scotland, I am sharing a recipe from my wonderful Scottish customer Maureen. This is her mothers recipe. She baked some for me and sent it down and it is another kind of delicious.
6 oz plain flour
4oz good butter... I think this is key
2 oz sugar
In Maureen's exact words. Dump it all in the processor until combined. Add seeds if you like. Caraway, fennel, poppy, lemon, lavender. A little goes a long way so don't go mad!
Roll it out, cut into little shapes. Bake at 150C for 20-25 minutes.
Enjoy with a cuppa!
