To maintain the beauty of your pearl bracelet, avoid exposure to water, including showers and swimming pools, as moisture can weaken the silk thread over time. For longevity, restringing is recommended approximately every 18-24 months. The stringing is guaranteed for 12 months from the date of purchase.

Your jewellery is handmade by me. I hold most pieces in stock for immediate dispatch but if you require a resize I may need up to 4 weeks. Please message me if you are working to a timescale.

It is of huge importance to me that Lulu & Boo has as minimal an environmental impact as possible.
Sustainability is central to the business ethos. From the use of recycled precious metals and sourcing of ethically mined gemstones down to the refining of filed silver dust, all of my designs and processes are considered with the environment in mind.
In no way fast fashion, my pieces are designed to stand the test of time in terms of their look and quality. My packaging is sourced carefully and made from recycled materials.
I do not hand make my chains but attempt to source recycled ones as far as possible.
